Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a Sous Chef for a fine dining Italian restaurant in West London.
It serves authentic seasonal cuisine with the best quality local ingredients in a cosy and elegant atmosphere.
In a brigade of 12 and a capacity of 60 covers working over 7 or 8 shifts, the team is led by an internationally renowned Executive Chef and a Michelin starred Head Chef.

Requirements
* Held a similar position for at least 2 years
* Previous experience in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine
* A team player willing to lead and share knowledge
* A good communicator with management and junior chefs
* A motivated individual, hands on in all sections
* Stable background in acclaimed restaurants or hotels
