We at Class 1 Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced *Chef de Partie* to join their team for a *2-week temporary assignment*.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and skilled CDP to step into a well-organised kitchen and make an immediate impact.
Key Details:
Location: Oxford OX4
Duration: 2 Weeks (starting from 23rd of Feb - Mon to Fri)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate of £16 to £18 depending on experience
Hours: 07:00-15:30
*Enhanced DBS is essential* (must be valid and in date)
Responsibilities:
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes
* Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
* Ensuring smooth service during busy periods
* Running and managing your own section
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety
* Calm under pressure with excellent organisational skills
* *Valid Enhanced DBS certificate (required)*
