About the Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a luxury hotel in South Kensington for an experienced Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-quality hotel restaurant delivering refined British cuisine with contemporary influences.
The successful candidate will work closely with a highly regarded and award-winning Head Chef, offering strong development and progression opportunities within a professional kitchen environment.
Breakfast experience is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities

Take responsibility for your section, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation
*
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
*
Deliver dishes in line with luxury hotel standards
*
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
*
Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development
*
Work collaboratively within a structured kitchen brigade
Key Requirements
*
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie
*
Background in a 4★ / 5★ hotel or 3-rosette standard restaurant preferred
*
Strong knowledge of food safety and modern cooking techniques
*
Passion for food and high standards
*
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
*
Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail
