Temp to perm Sous Chef, to work within a friendly family team. MOnday to Friday with some ocassionally weekends for cover.

Working within contract catering for menu selections for staff within the building.

Working hours are 6am or 7am to 3-3:30 depending on client requirements.

Must have level 2 food safety & food allergens aswell as chef whites and safety shoes
