We're recruiting a Senior Sous Chef to join an established and highly regarded boutique hotel in Ely, Cambridgeshire. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for their first senior role or a well established Sous Chef looking for a new challenge.

As Senior Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and leading from the front. Your duties will include:
Supporting the Head Chef with the smooth operation of all kitchen services
Maintaining high standards across food quality, presentation, and consistency
Overseeing food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
Managing stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
Training, mentoring, and developing junior team members
Taking full responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chef's absenceWhat we're looking for
