Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
Hours: Full-time, early morning shifts

Mrs Sourdough Micro Bakery is a growing artisan sourdough bakery looking for a skilled Pastry Chef to join their friendly and passionate team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hands-on bakery environment, producing high-quality pastries and sweet treats for both retail and wholesale customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and produce laminated pastries (croissants, pain au chocolat, Danish, etc.)

* Bake cakes, cookies, biscuits, and a variety of other pastries

* Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation

* Support stock control, ordering, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment

* Work as part of a close-knit team to deliver smooth daily production

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a bakery environment

* Strong knowledge of lamination and pastry techniques

* Ability to produce a wide range of cakes, cookies, biscuits, and pastries

* Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing top-quality products

* Flexibility to work early morning shifts

* A positive, team-focused attitude
