A luxury destination spa is recruiting a Commis Chef to join its professional kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commis Chef looking to learn and develop within a high-quality, fresh-food environment.
The Commis Chef will support senior chefs with food preparation, basic cooking tasks, and maintaining kitchen standards. This role is ideal for a motivated Commis Chef with a strong desire to learn and progress in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with food preparation, including meats, vegetables, and fruit

Prepare basic salads and sauces as directed
*
Receive and check deliveries
*
Maintain stock levels and rotate food correctly
*
Keep work areas clean and sanitised
*
Assist with plating and presentation
Key Requirements:

Keen attitude and willingness to learn
*
Passion for food and hospitality
*
NVQs or equivalent qualifications an advantage
