The Role
We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join a quality hotel kitchen brigade.
Working alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will run your section and help deliver consistent, high-quality food across a range of services including restaurant dining, events and banqueting.
This is a stable, permanent opportunity within a structured and professional kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities

Run your section during service

Prepare food and complete daily mise en place

Bar food

Room service

Banqueting & events
*
Maintain strong food quality and presentation
*
Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures
*
Support the kitchen team during busy service
*
Assist with reducing wastage and maintaining kitchen standards
What We’re Looking For
*
Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie
*
Hotel or fresh-food background preferred
*
NVQ Level 3 Professional Cookery (advantageous)
*
Positive attitude and strong team player
*
Calm and organised under pressure
*
High standards of hygiene and presentation
*
Good spoken English
*
Motivated to continue progressing as a chef
