The Opportunity:
You’ll take full ownership of a newly launched workplace dining operation serving up to 400 office professionals each day. This is a flagship site — and you’ll be the driving force behind its success.
You’ll lead a team of three chefs, set the culinary vision, and deliver food that goes far beyond “canteen dining.” Think restaurant-quality food, done efficiently, creatively, and consistently.
This role is perfect for a strong Head Chef or an ambitious Sous Chef ready to step up and lead something of their own.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
* Leading and inspiring a brigade of 3 chefs with confidence, clarity, and high standards
* Designing and delivering fresh, seasonal menus that people genuinely look forward to
* Producing outstanding breakfast and lunch services for a high-volume, quality-focused site
* Creating food that reflects modern dining trends while remaining commercially smart
* Maintaining impeccable standards across food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety
* Building trusted relationships with on-site stakeholders through consistent excellence
* Taking full ownership of your kitchen — this is your operation to run
