What You’ll Do
Plan, prepare, and cook wholesome, balanced meals, including texture-modified or special diets
Lead, mentor, and inspire a small kitchen team to deliver consistently excellent food
Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and dietary standards
Manage stock, ordering, and budgets efficiently to maintain quality and minimise waste
Collaborate with care staff to meet individual residents’ needs
Create themed meals and special events that engage and delight residents Who You Are
Experienced Head Chef, ideally with care, healthcare, or hospitality experience
Passionate about nutrition, flavour, and improving residents’ wellbeing
Strong leader who motivates and develops a team
