About the Role
We are currently recruiting experienced Chefs to join our professional kitchen teams across high-end restaurants, hotels, private members clubs, corporate sites, and event venues. This role is ideal for chefs who are passionate about food, quality, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with menu specifications

Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety (COSHH & HACCP)
*
Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
*
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations
*
Manage stock, food rotation, and portion control
*
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas
*
Ensure consistency and quality in every dish served
Requirements
*
Previous experience in a professional kitchen
*
Ability to work in different kitchen environments (restaurants, hotels, events, etc.)
*
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
*
Strong teamwork and communication skills
*
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
*
Right to work in the UK
