Chef de Partie – South Kensington
Location: South Kensington, London
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (some weekends may be required)
We’re currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join our dynamic catering team in South Kensington. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and confident chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard
*
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
*
Maintain excellent food presentation and consistency
*
Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
*
Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation
*
Support and motivate junior team members when required
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
*
Previous expereince in contract catering
*
Strong communication and teamwork skills
*
A confident, positive attitude and willingness to learn
*
Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures
*
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
