Key Responsibilities
As a Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for:
Running your own section within the kitchen
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily food preparation
Producing consistent, high-quality meals
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
Contributing ideas towards menu development
Working collaboratively within a close-knit catering team
What we're looking for
We're looking for a Chef de Partie who has:
Previous experience in a similar kitchen role
A genuine passion for food and quality cooking
Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
The ability to work calmly under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Reliability and a positive, professional attitude
Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check
