40-hour contractual week

What you'll be doing:
As Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section and play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes and smooth service.
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard
Managing your section confidently during busy service
Assisting with daily prep and supporting the wider kitchen team
Maintaining excellent food hygiene, safety and cleanliness
Supporting stock control, ordering and kitchen organisation
Contributing ideas for seasonal menus and specials
What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
A positive, reliable and organised approach
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining consistency
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and quality cooking
