We are looking for a passionate and talented Chef to join our well-established, professionally run Bar & Restaurant with an excellent reputation for quality food and great service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated chef who takes pride in fresh ingredients, strong flavours, and beautifully presented dishes.

👨‍🍳 The Role

You will be part of a friendly, experienced kitchen team delivering a high-quality menu in a busy and welcoming environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard
✅ Working with fresh, locally sourced ingredients
✅ Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards
✅ Contributing ideas to menu development and specials
✅ Supporting and motivating the kitchen team
✅ Keeping your section clean, organised and efficient

We are looking for someone who is:
✔ Passionate about food and quality
✔ Reliable, hardworking and a team player
✔ Able to work well under pressure
✔ Creative with a good eye for presentation
✔ Level 2 Food Hygiene (preferred but not essential)
✔ Previous kitchen experience required
