What You’ll Be Doing
* Creating and cooking fresh, nutritious meals aligned with set menus and dietary requirements
* Upholding excellent standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen organisation
* Supporting daily kitchen operations, including prep work, stock control, and efficient service delivery
* Working collaboratively with both kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service
* Adapting confidently to different kitchen environments, client expectations, and operational needs
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in contract catering, hospitality, or large‑scale food service
* A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or above)
* Strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay calm under pressure
* Solid understanding of allergen management and dietary compliance
* Flexibility to work across multiple sites and adapt to varying shift patterns
